Take on the ultimate distance challenge in 2026!

Many of you dream of the legendary 42.195km distance. What if this edition was the one to take on the challenge?

The Caen Athletic Club and the organization join forces to help you succeed in your marathon. A single objective: to become a finisher. On the program: distance training sessions, a personalized plan, advice on how to optimize your sports preparation and group sessions at the Hélitas stadium in Caen.

First Marathon Goal Program I 12 weeks - 3 to 4 sessions per week

Comprehensive support 

- Self-guided sessions

- 12 group coaching sessions at the Hélitas stadium in Caen

This program is reserved for participants able to attend the face-to-face sessions at Caen's Hélitas stadium.

Prerequisites

- Run your first marathon

- To be able to run for 2 hours or 15km with ease of breathing

Session types

- Interval training, short MAS, specific pace, fundamental endurance, general physical preparation

- Meet the pacemakers
