Equipment required: running shoes and stopwatch

Location: Hélitas Stadium, 1 Rue du Carel, 14000 Caen.

Open to all levels - Limited to 120 participants per session

09h30 : welcome - distribution by level groups
09:45 : warm-up
10:00 am : collective outing of 1:00/1:30 am depending on the group
11h30-12h00 : stretching, time to exchange with the coaches and pacemakers
