Each participant is unique. Register before May 7, 2026 and receive a personalized bib on race day (first name, nickname, team name).

Sending the bib to your home
Sending the bib to your home by lettre suivie de la Poste is available for €10.00. This option is available until May 7, 2026 for deliveries in mainland France only. The bibs will be sent at the end of May to the address indicated on your online account, subject to your file being complete (valid proof of aptitude).

The 10K - Crédit Agricole Normandie limited to 1 hour 30 minutes, with time limits imposed at:
- 3rd km in less than 30 minutes,
- 6th km in less than 55 minutes.

If you have subscribed to the home delivery and if your registration is complete, you will receive your bib at the end of May at the address indicated at the time of your registration.

WITHDRAWAL OF BIBS = COMPLETE APPLICATION (PPS OR FFA LICENCE) + ID + BIB NUMBER

Don't forget to bring your bib number with you to reduce the waiting time when you collect your bib. Find your bib number in your online account by clicking here.

For any bib collected by a third party, the latter must present the ID of the person for whom the bib is being collected.

No pins will be given out, so please bring your own.

Pacemakers will help you reach your goals in 45min, 50min, 55min, 1h00, and 1h05.

Departure airlock

Departure locks will be set up to ensure a smooth start. On the day, position yourself in the lock corresponding to your time: preferential bibs and -38min; 40min; 45min; 50min; 55min; 1h00; 1h05; 1h10; 1h15 and +. These are freely available at the start of the race.

A checkroom will be available on the start site to drop off your belongings before the event.

On the course

A water supply will be available at the 6ᵉ km mark (25 cl water bottles + self-supply).
You will be able to refuel using the water bottles or fill your own containers (hydration bag, flask, etc.) at the refreshment point.
The aim: to encourage runners' autonomy and continue to develop devices enabling self-supply.

On arrival

A full supply of refreshments will be provided upon arrival by U stores in Calvados, as well as a buffet Saveurs de Normandie buffet where you can sample local specialties.

Numerous bands will be playing along the route of the various events. Supporter itineraries are also available, so that your loved ones can easily follow you on D-Day. To find out more, click here.

Reminder: for reasons of safety and fairness, the presence of accompanying persons on bicycles or using any other means of transport is strictly forbidden. Any rider failing to comply with this rule will be disqualified.

Cross the finish line in the heart of downtown Caen. Your friends and family will be able to follow and support you from dedicated fan zones.

Bonus: if a participant chooses not to receive a reward, his or her gesture will be rewarded by a donation to the fight against cancer by supporting the partner structures of la Rochambellethe women's and solidarity event.

The prize-giving ceremony will take place near the finish line at the Hélitas stadium in Caen, on Sunday June 7 at 10:30 am (provisional time).

Only the first 3 men and women runners (scratch) will be called to the award podium.

The first male and female riders in each category will receive their awards in the weeks following the event.
