The Caen Athletic Club and the organization join forces to help you succeed in your marathon. A single objective: to become a finisher. On the program: distance training sessions, a personalized plan, advice on how to optimize your sports preparation and group sessions at the Hélitas stadium in Caen.

This program is reserved for participants able to attend the face-to-face sessions at Caen's Hélitas stadium.
Prerequisites
- Run your first marathon
- To be able to run for 2 hours or 15km with ease of breathing

- Interval training, short MAS, specific pace, fundamental endurance, general physical preparation
