Many of you dream of the legendary 42.195km distance. And what if this edition was the right one to take up the challenge? On Sunday, June 15, 2025, D-Day Landings Marathon is set to celebrate a historic edition in the heart of Caen's Caen Millennium.
Caen Athletic Club and the organization have joined forces to help you successfully complete your first marathon. A single objective: to become a finisher. On the program: distance sessions, a personalized training plan, advice on how to optimize your preparation and group sessions at the Stade Hélitas in Caen.
A personalized program
3 to 4 training sessions per week for 12 weeks
Sessions to be carried out independently and 11 group coaching sessions at the Hélitas stadium in Caen. The program is aimed at those who can attend the sessions listed in the schedule below.

Would you like to be as prepared as possible to achieve your goal? It's a good thing you can't improvise just a few days before the event! Prepare for your event with a training plan tailored to your objectives and created by the FFA regional technical team (ETR).

Training is good. Training together is even better! Come and join us for one of our group sessions, supervised by coaches from Caen Athletic Club coaches coaches and pacemakers.
Determine your goals and prepare your training plan during a MAS test organized in the presence of pacemakers.
