Many of you dream of the legendary 42.195km distance. What if this edition was the right one to take up the challenge?

The Caen Athletic Club and the organization join forces to help you succeed in your marathon. A single objective: to become a finisher. On the program: distance training sessions, a personalized plan, advice on how to optimize your sports preparation and group sessions at the Hélitas stadium in Caen.

"Objectif premier Marathon" I 12 weeks - 3 to 4 sessions per week

Comprehensive support 

- Self-guided sessions

- 12 group coaching sessions at the Hélitas stadium in Caen

This program is reserved for participants able to attend the face-to-face sessions at Caen's Hélitas stadium.

Prerequisites

- Run your first marathon

- To be able to run for 2 hours or 15km with ease of breathing

Session types

- Fractionné, short VMA, specific pace, fundamental endurance, general physical preparation

- Meet the pacemakers

To help you get to the finish line, the FFA regional technical team has drawn up personalized training plans, designed for all levels.

Whether you're aiming for your first marathon or want to improve your performance, these plans will guide you week by week towards your goal.

Training is good. Training together is even better! Come and join us for one of our group sessions, supervised by coaches from Caen Athletic Club coaches coaches and pacemakers.

vma test

Determine your goals and prepare your training plan during a MAS test organized in the presence of pacemakers.

45-minute session

Several slots available: 2:00 pm, 2:45 pm, 3:30 pm.

Equipment required: running shoes and stopwatch

Location: Hélitas Stadium, 1 Rue du Carel, 14000 Caen.
